Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons, major sales, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and delivery location. These estimates do not include order processing times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, order weight, and delivery address. Occasionally, promotional rates or free shipping offers may apply.

Carrier Information

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time. If you need shipping outside the United States, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or factors outside our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us for help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to input errors. If you realize an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address if possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

International Shipping
